Reason you were banned: Old Ban back from 2011

Reason you believe you should be unbanned:
This was a contentious ban at the time. I was banned by a mod who was later banned for a hacked client. The original ban was for "abuse of power" for sending annoying players to the void which I openly admitted to because they annoyed myself and other players but then whined to the sr admins at the time. there are solid forums where  I as a mod demonstrated that I am a good player for the server and handled people fairly and with compromises that everyone agreed to and i contribute financially whenver the server needed / will need. I don't want to be a mod just a retired player to enjoy the server and its good company.

I've read the posts about why you were demoted, and the same thing would happen today. Ironically, the person who you /kill'd for being annoying later became an admin of the server. I'm going to accept this appeal, but you will not be retired and you will need to earn back the Staff's trust before you get your donor perks back.
