First off, I would like to apologize for not getting this out earlier, I have been extremely caught up with finals.

Two Months ago, when the 1.9 server had just come out, I invited a couple of my friends to join the server. Despite knowing the rules, and the consequences I went against my brain just to get an early advantage in both PvP and SMP. The feeling of guilt and regret I have is awful. I let down community members, and people that had trusted me. It was immature and extremely stupid of me. Since then I had donated $50, and another $20, which gave me /i. The diamonds I gained from x-ray were purely used for protection without godmode, and since then have been lost in the void on my chests. I am truly sorry for breaking the rules in such a crude manner, But since then I have gained more privileges, and the cheating I did to progress in-game was completely lost. I have not been on PvP since that indecent, and don't plan on using the gear I had gained from it. Sorry for being repetitive, but I'm extremely sorry, and feel that missing out on such a wonderful community of which I've grown in would be god awful. Just missing the two weeks, not even knowing I was banned was hard enough for me.

I was going to appeal this and just clear your balance, but I decided to go digging just to make sure I had the whole picture. I found that you have been selling spawned diamonds to the adminshop and also selling spawned enchanted items... a lot of them. Selling spawned items AND Xray are two big no-no's and you know that. 

So here is what can happen. You can be unbanned, but you will lose all your money, donor perms, spawned items, shopworld access perms and be set back to member. You won't be able to donate for a few months until you are trusted again. You will also remain perm banned from PvP. 

It's either that or remain banned. It's up to you.
