Esparentos banned me (King_Eli21) saying I use hacked gamma.

Gamma first of all can be messed with in texture packs so it seems brighter,I never used a quote hack to make the gamma make my gameplay "unfair" to others and honestly I wasn't even using a texture pack that did that at the time, I was backing someone up who I guesa did have it ,That mod that starts with and E was yelling at him because he was using a "hack".He rudely said after I said its a modification not a hack he decided to be Mr. Wise guy and say "who asked you" and before I could respond he muted me, so I couldn't make an even bigger  fool out of himself as he already did.  So i /msged him and I said you have to have a reason to mute me,because on my screen it said , and I quote "muted from Esperanto,no reason" or whatever his name is.So he replied by obviously lying that he hadn't muted me, so I took the bait and said several times to him in /msg "yes u did"then a few minutes later I was banned for "being a pain and spamming".So I hope I get unbanned because the facts are all here, I wasnt the one using the"illegal hack gamma" so in my mind that is a false ban which should be delt with.  I was having a great time on the server then they started an argument that I just had to join because to be honest was kind of dumb saying that making the game brighter can have a massive impact that everyone couldn't have,SO WHAT!?!?Everyone can't have optifine and optifine can technically impact pvp by boosting fps!,And not everyone has optifine... I hope you see my point here, this was a false ban and I hope I can join the server again because I WAS having a good time.

After reviewing the logs, Esp was not the one who muted you. Another staff member muted you, and you were banned for spamming because you spammed Esp with 8 lines of 'yes u did'. You are correct about changing your gamma via computer settings is not a hack, but indeed a mod. However, these modifications are banned because they give an unfair advantage over other players. You need to remake your appeal following the correct format. You were banned for spamming, not using Gamma modifications.

I was banned because I spammed a mod "yes u did" after I falsly accused him of muting me,but the reason I think I should be unbanned is I literally just joined the server yesterday,and I know many will have a very different opinion but I think esper was approaching the topic wrong and if you will shooting the messanger I was standing up for someone that was using the gamma glitch "hack" because esper was being unreasonable and would not let me or the person say a word without him talking back after every statement and quite frankly I think esp is the one who was being unmature and everything I said must have went in 1 ear and out through the other because it could have been a simple situation if he/the other mod who muted me had delt with it correctly.  But truly I swear on my screen "muted by edpermentos "(sorry if im getting the name wrong btw)Thank you for reading my appeal, and please consider every single thing I said.

I am going to accept this appeal on the simple fact that you acted perfectly fine before the gamma stuff was brought up. Sorry for this taking so long, I have been busy with work and unable to really check in on the forums. I'll see you in game!
