Why do you deserve a warp?: Because its my first town on 1.9 

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: Yes it has a farm a warp point and currently 4 plots which i am planning on expanding on.

This town still needs quite a bit of work...currently it is just five reserved plots in a small corner. I'd suggest adding more plots and a bigger farm...heck maybe even a shop. Once you have developed the town more please reply to this post letting us know!
