Since I didn't see any real recent guides on how to do this, and honoring the promotions today, I'm going to teach ya'll how to vote for Oasian!
1: Have a forum account
2: Go to madscientist032's profile
3: Click on: Send message
4: Type the name of the person you want to vote for, click send and whala!
