Location of warp (coordinates): X -8623, Y 94 and Z 498 (on the bedrock block facing the rules board)

Why do you deserve a warp?: I made this warp, because other shopwarps were getting quite full and the offical shopwarp of the server is not in use yet (and it will probably be expensive as hell) I wanted to offer more space for shops at low cost.

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: The prebuild shops as well as the freebuild shopplots are all ready for use.

A little more expansion would be ideal, but other than that, it is very nice. Very rustic and open to the air, reminds me of Broasis.
