Why do you deserve a warp?: I built a farm specially for people starting off that need food and do not have the money to buy any, everything is free in the farm.

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: This is a warp for a farm, There are animals, wheat, potatoes, carrots, melons and pumpkins and plenty more will be added shortly, I will be adding plots after I return from my trip.
