Spawnpoint Changes

I've changed the spawnpoint for new players and where /spawn puts you. New players will be put into a 1x2 region where they can't talk infront of the ruleboard. They just have to move out of it to speak. This is to stop any new bots. /spawn also puts you closer to the door and looking at the exit.
