Reason: Stealing stuff with his friend. When your friend was confronted by one of my collegues he was honest and gave back everything he stole. When I confronted you though, you didn't give everything back. I asked you three times if you had given everything back that you stole and double checked that you really had stolen the things, but you wouldn't give them back. I wanted to give you a second chance, but you blew it.
