Appeal: Yes.
Reason banned: Accidentally ban evaded due to UUID, asked for a Admin to explain his situation to. No Admins, so I got into this one. Was very honest about wanting to get back on and due to the fact the ban is from early 2014 I feel an appeal should be allowed. He was 10 or 11 when he was banned.
