Optifine 1.8.3 Crases My Game Empty Optifine 1.8.3 Crases My Game

I just installed optifine 1.8.3. Now, every time I try to play minecraft, it crashes. The launcher works as normal, but when I click play, I get a crash. Anyone know what may be causing this?

*EDIT: I downgraded to optifine 1.8.1, and the game can run now, but I'm still unable to play optifine 1.8.3.
