Cheerioes and I have talked about it and we have decided that from now on we are not going to use the ugly equation to find actual speed. From now on all horse speeds at racehorse will be based on Lead speed instead of the equation.

From now on any horse being used for tournaments MUST be a lead speed of 10.44 or lower. This map there will be no exceptions unless Agwyn approves of it

So from now on any horse racing must be 10.44 or lower (ONLY applies to tournaments) 

You may race ANY speed horse for any race other then the tournaments.
