appeal: This is your first SMP server, so I'll be nice and let you appeal this. Normally tempbans this short are not appealable.

reason: Disrespect to a town owner and another players + abuse of capslock.

I had caught you and your friend griefing apart a wall of diamond/lapis blocks from one of my builds hidden under town (that was supposed to be protected). Excuse was "lost, couldn't get out, dies with blocks". I haven't even gotten as far as to check your residence for my blocks, but I let you two go with a warning and informed on how to use /spawn and /warp [warp] to get out of place when lost or stuck.

A bit later, my fellow town owner rigo110 asked you both kindly to move out from under my bridge, and to stop mining there. You had already griefed apart my walls, and the town has a public mine for a reason. He did not want you mining any farther near my builds. I read all of the chat logs, he was not disrespectful to either of you, or even rude. All he did was ask you both to relocate your stuff (which is a couple chests) and to stop mining and living under a town bridge. You proceeded to resist and call rigo and castleleo (who had tried to reason with you earlier apparently) jerks and left the game.

This is never acceptable behavior. if you don't want to follow town rules or respect their owners, live in the wilderness and mine where you please out there. Plenty of it.

Take 5 days to think about your actions, or appeal with an apology to rigo and castleleo.
