Server Down? Empty Server Down?

Is the server down because i got timed out and i logged in a few minutes later and it just says "Logging In"

Something is going not right with the server, it decided to use all of its memory in a strange way causing it to freeze. We are currently working on the situation and will get back to you when it's back up
