reason: Threatening to take land around another player if they did said player did not sell them his mountain.

Sularium asked me about a town right near his mountain a bit over a week ago. I told him to try and work it out with the owner.

Sularium asked me today if building on his mountain was against the rules. I tpd there and saw the town. When I originally set your warp, I assumed Sularium's things were part of it, considering they were so close by. I told sularium today to contact the town owner and try to work out something... but he said he already had... and it had not gone well.
I did a restore on the area to find this:

Also, the entire mountain has been covered with torches placed over 2 weeks ago, right near the tower that was built by your town smack next to his land on top of the mountain. You do not build on land other people have claimed.
It's one thing to work out a deal with someone you suddenly build a town right next to, it's another to force the player to move or sell their land and threaten to take land around him.

As consequence, the entire town has been moved, and Sularium keeps his mountain, which he had built on before your town came into existence.
I think this is fair, considering, town hasn't even been touched in about 10 days. Town has been relocated about 300 blocks away, and sularium's mountain will be protected from bedrock to the sky.

Next time, either work out a reasonable deal with a landowner you build near (one not involving them forced to move or sell their land), don't threaten to take land surrounding them, or just do not build a town near other players' establishments.
