[PSA] Staff Rank Changes! Empty [PSA] Staff Rank Changes!

As of this post, the staff rank names have changed.

Before, it was Guide, Mod, and Admin.
Now, it is JrMod, Mod, and Admin.

Also, architect has changed from Architect to Architect.
