Ban Appeal of Pandaz1

Reason you were banned: Ban Evasion?

Reason you believe you should be unbanned: I know, Everyone who appeals for a ban says they didn't do it, But I actually didn't, Let alone I am unaware who I would evade as? I changed my account password so Dylan didn't know it, And so I could play happily with Oasis, I came on about 12 hours ago, And I was in jail, Unaware what I had done, But I couldn't ask on the forums about it either, Because I did the wrong thing by posting in ban appeals. I can reassure that I am not Dylan, Or Hunter, By getting them on at the same time and having a look. Anyways, If I could be PM'd by staff about the situation and explain to them, That would be great. Sorry if I have broken any rules in Oasis SMP that I was unaware of breaking, Even then, I should have been banned. Someone breaking the rules, Is like streaking in the middle of ANZAC Day. You should NEVER do it. I hope staff take the time to read this, And anyone who isn't staff, Don't be a dill and post in ban appeals.

Don't pull a huntermon, we're 100% certain that you are dylstrosity. It's better just to fess up and leave.

Also, don't act like you don't know what's going on, it's getting old. If you even want a slight chance of being unbanned, fessing up is the best thing to do.

The reason I went on, creating this new identity, is because I missed Oasis. I never wanted to leave, or rage. I was immature and not thinking straight. That doesn't matter, I still broke the rules. I was rightfully banned. Griefing Olivia's house, I did throu rage and butt hurt. She told me that night that she was disappointed in me, after that I never talked to her again tbh. I never wanted to get back at oasis, but on oasis. All my trust was lost, I had no hope at appealing for a ban. So I went on as Pandaz, asking for appeal but I was banned, I went on a few months later as him, hoping I wouldn't be banned, Nsuth / Josh told staff who I was. I avoided trouble after that, if I got into trouble by the rules, as Pandaz then I would admit I was Dylan.

If I got to the point as this Peter kid, trustworthy, people liking me, knowing that I would never leave, making friends out of the worst, having that many vouches on my veteran application, helping out anyone and everyone, getting into the oasis spirit, surely that shows I have matured, That i have moved on from a 12er who broke the rules and took others thoughts for personal gain, to someone who shares everything, knowing kindness has its own rewards. Giving advice to anyone, making a welcome book, sparing money out to others that need it. At the hours of my ban, when I was put into jail, unaware what I had done, Luke, or Taccypoo told me to stay low, because it might be serious. So I did as I was told, I still was talking to those, the last person I spoke to was, Bober_Rus, and Netherpro.

Any player who is banned for any reason may appeal their ban on the Oasis SMP
Forums at https://oasis-smp.forumotion.com/f12-appeal-a-ban. You MUST have the reason you were banned, and a convincing argument as to why you deserve to be pardoned. It will help your case to know the particular staff member who banned you.

a. Ban Evading
At no point in time are you allowed to come on the server in a different account, if you do we will easily know, and you will be punished to further extent. This will most likely result in an IP ban.


If I am not unbanned, I am sorry to all those I lied to, I am sorry for giving false hope, and most of all, I am sorry to you, Kevin, for promising you I wasn't Dylan. If this is the last you see of me, if I an kept banned, I wish you all luck in the future and I hope that Oasis gets far. I will still vote for the server, and stay alive on the forums, watching what is going on. I don't want to be known as Peter, The liar, anymore. But Dylan.

Also, did any one here, even suggest or hint at that it was because we THOUGHT you were Dylstrosity2? Sounds like a guilty conscience. No one told you why. You werent even bant from the server yet. Until JUST NOW. You were jailed by mistake. So how have you been Dylan? Just so you know, I enjoyed our time on the server, we were pretty close. But you kept being a 12 and just would not follow the rules.
