Appears so, It occasionally shows up in my list with 1 or 2 people, but by the time I try to connect, it times out.

Lag. Idk, seems like it's something with the whole host in general, seeing as the teamspeak's down too. Something about the razor server most likely. Maybe they're getting DDOS'd again or something :P
