Reason you were banned: Griefing

Reason you believe you should be unbanned: First offense, new to server, old school MC player that is still trying to learn all the new things, hard worker, kept to my own besides that one time i just kinda spaced, it was really late where i am from, kinda just didn't think about it.
-Never posted in convicted list so Mod didn't follow his own format.

I didn't grief to destroy land and be a dick, i was looking to see how that new pyramid power thingy worked out, and i still don't really know how, i'm now banned, and it was a all around bad situation for me at this point...

I didn't rob that bank to be a dick or anything, I just wanted to see how this money stuff looks.

I think we all know that robbing a bank, and trying to figure out a complex diamond pyramid that you need to travel to the nether to find pieces to build for it, kill an incredible boss and take his heart basically to build, i would have never in my wildest dreams found out on my own, or without at least looking at it, which then, i looked into it. I'm not saying i wasn't wrong, I'm saying i'm righting my wrongs. If you'd like to bring in real life situations i will bring up the judicial system of theft, i would spend a minimal sentence, i would be released, and i would be watched, i'm now on a two day ban, a release would be nice, and a watchful eye, two strikes and i'm out. I'm okay with that cause i know i won't mess up again.

Hey guess what Caden, we have a thing called Logblock, it tracks every, single, block you place, or remove.

You got banned because a staff member ran a Logblock check on the griefed diamond, and your name was listed as the one who did it.

Caden's got a point guys, no need to be dicks about it. He used the proper appeal and even pointed out that there's no convicted thread. Seriously, I think we ought to give him a second chance because in my opinion he's the only one here with a valid point so far.

Oh, and the robbing a bank scenario is different than this because according to his post he's a bit new here with the rules and all so i'd compare it more to a child taking a chocolate bar from a grocery store by accident. He's probably not even going to get in long term trouble, just pay for the chocolate bar and tell the kid he's wrong, right? That is a better scenario than the bank one.

TL;DR: One does not simply rob banks.

Thanks Kevo235, that means a lot. I mean i find it crazy also that the one person who banned me commented on my old thread, told me to make a new one at that point, made it so i couldn't post in the old one anymore, and now i've lost all contact with him...

He's basically the sudo-owner of the server, so bare in mind he has a lot of things going on. We're working on it right now, so just be patient and you'll get a response. The lock was probably the lack of proper format. Like it says in the appeal format thread, if you don't use the format, you won't be considered.

After much investigation, Kevo235, Paxination, and myself have decided to not only keep YOU banned, but to also ban your friend AND your IP. See this ban thread for details.
You might recognize this name because he/she resided with you during your time on Oasis. I should mention that you have the same IP as that player. Therefore I can only assume that the materials in that screenshot in that ban thread were stolen by you and given to your friend in case one of you got banned. I should also mention that the area which that chest resides in is well within range of your /home.
