How to make a town in ten steps

I have herd alot of people that don't know how to start a town so i thought i would make this.

How to start a town in ten steps.

1 find a place to build your town (make sure it is far away from any other buildings so you have room to make the town bigger.)

2 level off enough land to make atleast 5 plots of land and a farm.

3 make a town farm with some melons because they never run out and you don't need to replant them all the time like weat.

4 make plots by outlineing an area of land with anything and put a sign in it that has plot for sail on it plus the size of plot if it is a rectangle and price.

5 make sure your town has alot of light so monsters dont spawn in it and atack people.

6 make a warp point find a nice spot that has a good view and make a small building.makesure thebuilding is realy nice because it is the first part of the town people will see.

7 make a rules board close to the warp point or even in it so everyone in your town will see it.

8 connect all of the plots,warp point, and rules board with roads made of whatever you want.

9 build anything extra you want like a pool or mine and make roads to them to.

10 apply for a warp point on the forums and wait untill it gets approved.

Hey bear, me and codplaya are planning on moving food lion near Walmart again and giving it its own warp to both, we are kinda gonna make a type of thing like broasis, (not trying to copy you tanaka) like a town sort of thing. Would you like to help with that?

4--fill the furuns wif infinite announcements of your town, say theres 10 slots left for mayor and rauses are pre-built.
5say grefeng is aluwed in ur tauwn thatll atracti a lot of pipol
6--abandon ur city and/or get bant for grefeng. u shuld du dat everones dat mlg pro does so you shuld du it to be kool
