When you apply for member or whatever why do you have to say when you will be playing.does matter?

It's usefull to know how much you are online. not really for Member applying, but if you are applying for a staff member then it is usefull cuz of banning and such. any questions left?

We use that as for new member so we can estimate the time we need to be on to give that rank to someone....we dont like adding members when they are not on playing.

The server rules state 18 days to apply for veteran. The veteran rank is a popularty contest, so that being said the more friends you have and the more you play to make friends the better chance of vet you have, vet canidates are decided by staff but the veteran rank is voted for by the players of Oasis.

Actually, it's changed to two months on the App format, nothing to do with rules. But I guess application formats are supposed to be done correctly, so maybe in a roundabout way it is a rule. Oh well, just me ranting again.
