Hey, can i update minecraft to version 1.4.6?

I recommend you don't do it, we are still running on v14.4/1.4.5

Use the MVC (minecraft version changer) to switch back to 1.4.5 Beware to back up your minecraft folder (especially saves, screenshots and texturepacks and any other important map)

this apparently works for mac, though I can't really check it since I left my mac in my dorm... it does download as a .jar though and not a .exe so and the descript says it should run on mac so hopefully this will help 1.4.6 update 758422
