As usual, we will be updating to 1.4.1 when Bukkit updates to 1.4.1. This should happen (at the earliest) sometime next week. I have uploaded a clean 1.3.1 jar file on the forums in case you want to downgrade. The file can be found in the announcements section of the forums.

Hey guys just wanted to let people know if you are planning on swapping back and forth from 1.3 to 1.4 save your screenshots in a different folder other than %appdata% I lost all of my screenshots on the last update from 1.25 to 1.3 swapping back a forth. This might not happen to anyone but I just wanted to give a heads up.
