Hi guys, as you can see We have a problem 2012-013 codysback is a member, then We have a problem 2012-014 He somehow got turned into a guest again? can someone explain or help out with this?

Some areas "removes" ur rank temporarily, and makes ur name white etc. It happened to me as well in the shop world (not sure if the problem is fixed, as the shop world is down for maintenance XP)

Shopworld does this for sure. Dunno how someone would have gotten there though.

Was he promoted within two weeks? Because when the server was saved about two-ish weeks ago, anything after that was not saved. That might explain why he was guest.

I did what I could to bring over whatever promotions were done from the last 3 weeks over from the old host to the new one. For the main world it should be fine but for shop world and PVP world it might take some time before the ranks carry over.
