Proposed name of warp: FortArkham

deserve a warp?:We deserve it because we have been planning to make a city for a long time now, (since middle of 1.2.5 infact). We have been working for a long time with flattening out land, building the Fortress, the Theme park (coming soon) and the plots! (S/O to Chaos and Mad for pasting). Also This will make for easier teravel from our house to the Town

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?:The foundation is very stable and well though out for our town, WE have a spawn area, roads, lamps and 10 12x12 plots ready to be inhabited!!
