Excessive use of caps

I would like to complain about DaKingXVI's excessive use of caps. I've very often reminded him not to use caps, but whatever I do he doesn't seem to stop. I obviously don't think this is a reason for permanent ban or anything, but I would like someone to have a word with him. (I'm not staff, so of course it's not up to me how you deal with this, but thought I wanted to add my thoughts about it)

I have seen this before as-well. He would swear in caps. We would tell him stop but he just doesn't

Maybe his shift/caps lock is stuck. I dunno.

When was this taken? Because if I'm not mistaken yesterday was International Caps lock Day.

This has got nothing to do with International Caps lock day. He has been using caps lock pretty much all the time I've seen him on the server

If u look a bit up in the chat, u'll see he's able to type normalle XP
