Would it be possible for me to get the bukkit server files from you guys? I can't figure out the permissions and I dont know all of the plugins I should have, and when I was on your server it seemed pretty good. Its fine if you dont, but I would greatly appreciate it.

You're probably not going to be able to get the files, but there's a lot of guides and tutorials online to set up permissions and such. If all that fails I think there's even an IRC for the permissions plugin Bpermissions, where they can practically walk you through everything.
