Graveyard idea. (needs suggestions)

Hey guys. I just had a pretty cool idea for my town to make a graveyard for people. Mostly banned people would be in it, but just for fun I might add some actual people to it. This is where you guys come in: I need suggestions. Who you think should be in it, and a suggestion on the engraving. Here's an example:
