Why do you deserve a warp?: because it is the new meeting place for the server. Instead of using /spawn to see each other this area and trade items. There are furnaces for smelting while there and plenty of space for over 30 people to stay there.

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: N/A

Wish to see the hall go to spawn and go to obsidion lake. Stop there and look left. The big cobblestone hall with long windows and a big stone cross on top is the hall. It has been griefed loads of times so please If you see someone on top of the roof or inside keep an eye on them please!!!
