Reason you were banned: Griefing

Reason you believe you should be unbanned: I did not grief, i left myself logged in on mine craft when my little brother found the computer he decided to go on my account i don't know what he was thinking probably that i built everything in oasis and when he couldn't go in a house he griefed his way in and stole the stuff for fun. Then the next time i try'd to log on to oasis i couldn't i asked my brother if he knew anything about it and he told me all about it. I would really appreciate it if you would let me back on Oasis as its a awesome server with epic players my friends killingking and mystictornado play it and if i get unbanned i would make sure my brother didn't get back on as he is a danger to Oasis.

Well here's how we have to look at it as staff:

You are responsible for the safety of your account. Even if it was not you that did the griefing, it is your account, we have no way of telling if it really was your brother or not.
A few steps to take to secure your account:
-Never leave minecraft open.
-Don't let anyone know your password.
-If you feel you account is compromised, then change your password immediately.

We've had the brother/cousin/friend did it, many, many times.
Unfortunately we can't accept this excuse, as I've already stated, we have no way to prove it true.

i have been banned for a really long time and would love to be unbanned i appreciate that you cannot tell if i am lieing but i assure you this is true and if i am let back on i will make super extra special care that i am responsible for my account saftey please can you give me like a trial or something just so that i can prove i am a worthy player. i would appreciate this very much. thank you from jrd1212

We can't take excuses, or else everyone would want it too, as Chaos said, maybe it wasn't you, but we don't know if your lying or you're telling the truth, you're responsible for your acts, think before doing it now that we gave you tips, sorry, but you aren't getting unbanned. As long as any staff make an excuse.

We are not responsible nor interested what happens with your account outside the server.
We do however act on your actions inside the server.

I am sorry but you should have kept an better eye on you little brother or your dog or your dad or your mexican friend OR That one guy you saw in France with the little hat that never got a girlfriend because he lived on the streets in NewYork that broke into your house because he had to get on your, Only your minecraft account to get on Oasis SMP and go Happy griefing for a while.
