what type of town havent we created?

ive been thinking about for bout 30 seconds and decided ill post about it. and here it is :) What type of town havent we created,and what i mean about type is like underground,etc. I mean weve created underwater,sky,underground,regular,and stuff like that,any ideas for a new type?

but i mean just full out with a town and condos resorts and pools all in snowy mountains, as a coloradan, i have an extremely good image of it in my head.

hasn't the tree village.. been done before? - not saying it shouldn't be done again.
could make a minimalistic buildings ---- 5 x 5 x 3 .... maximum size and height. contains bed, a double chest and small space to walk around..... oh a window - for the lucky ones, but you have to earn this.
