On the new plugins.

The flippin' iConomy update won't download on the server for some reason. While I get this figured out, we obviously can't install the new plugins, because we're being held back on updating bukkit by iConomy.

It'll get done as soon as possible. Until then, enjoy playing on Oasis!

No rush arliey, from my point of view With 1.8 coming at the end of august and the expected mandatory new map with that change, that makes this map like a temp map. so you have the next month to get it working and perfected for the 1.8 map! :) so no rush!

Hmm, I wonder if, since there is SO MUCH in the 1.8 update, if it will take bukkit any longer to update, this map may be around longer than we think. Looks like all our hopes are put into the bukkit dev team, and the developers of each plugin.

Ah man. dang you chaos thats an excellent point. Virtually every plug in will need to be updated by their creator because of how wide the variety of updates are in here. from land scape to mobs to food items to light and colors. weve had to wait for quite a while before and now unfortunately i realize this one will be a big wait till we are updated enough to run the plugin map. daaaaang. oh well. plenty of time to build a perfect spawn

I've talked to the writer of iConomy before a few times, but she hasn't responded yet. I think I remember seeing something about her being out of town for a while. In any case, there's something weird going on with her mirrors. Hopefully, it'll get taken care of soon. In the meantime, I'm searching for other people who have hosted iConomy 5.0.1 elsewhere, so I can get it for the server.

Don't you remember Ariley? The writer of iConomy is the bitchy PMS one who quits sometimes when she's late to work or something.
