Why do you deserve Guide status? What sets you apart from the other players and would make you a good part of the staff:

Well, I joined Oasis May 9'th. I have had quite a bit of time to see the servers ups and downs. I think Oasis is an amazingly run server, but the staff-shortage is a problem for many players. I am on pretty much every day from school at around 3 PM - 9 PM EST. Of that time, I usually see staff on for about 3 or 4 of those hours. I think there needs to be a staff who can consistently fill that gap to prevent problems. I think I am suited Guide fairly well. I am usually always on and trying to help people of every rank, whether it be a TP, Redstone Wiring, Terraforming, or anything else. I will always try to be as helpful and as supportive as possible. I constantly welcome new members to the server and start them off in the right direction. I use my powers to the best of my abilities when we are faced with a griefing/spamming attack, but mostly, it's not enough. No matter what happens, I will always try my best to make the best choices for whatever situation I am in. I hope I am looked upon as a strong contender for guide.

I guess I'll try this again.

I've noticed that whenever Broad's online, the staff is either (A) one person or (B) not online. 'm not bashing the stff members, but just pointing out that Oasis has members that are all over the world (US, UK, Canada, Netherlands, etc), and that the staff are equally just as spread out as well. That being said, Broad's usual hours tend to overlap into category (B), for the most part.

Basically, I think that if Broad were to become a Guide he would help fill in the time-zone gaps where everybody's frantically looking for a staff member.

Also, Broad (in my opinion) has been exceptionally good with newcomers to the point where he has a hotkey that informs new guests of what we have to offer. He's also really helpful, whether it's for the newcomers, the older players, the staff, and everybody in-between.

So that's why I think Broad should be guide.
