MURDER AND GRIEF

Tree_Hugger_34 released lava in my nether mine and he pushed ben2918 into lava while he was trying to fix what Tree_Hugger_34 had done.
I think he should be banned for this because he broke to rules but I guess it's up to the Staff.

First off There was no mine. You were mining some nether rack from the nether spawn. That is not a mine.
Second of all, I broke the nether rack that was stopping the lava to make the nether more fiery and such. ( OCD :P )
Third i did not kill anyone he fell into the lava. I gave all the items that didnt burn to him.

This will need to be investigated further. If you two would like to both talk with me, next time we are all on, then maybe we can come to a conclusion.

Obviously im only reading this and i was not there for the incident but it seems like an over reaction, misunderstanding and an accidental lava flow. There is enough lag on this server that its very possible he did fall into the lava on his own on accident when some one else such as tree was around and he got blamed for it. Im not taking sides though. just stating a few facts
