Ps eye problem with teamspeak windows 7

On my old xp computer my ps eye worked on teamspeak now with a windows7 it doesnt work when I go to teamspeak and test it it says "cannot open device" although it shows up. I went to the control panel and it reads it with the volume. I have recorded audio with it too but it still wont work on team speak any help?
