Why do you deserve a warp?: I think its a useful and pretty (if not small) town and it will be appreciated by those who would use it.

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: It has homes, farms, livestock, and a very large and well maintained tree farm. There are several houses  and room for more.
