Proposed name of warp: /warp Celtica

Coordinates of warp with no commas or other characters (E.g. "-1248 68 345"): -9253 84 5188 facing south

Why do you deserve a warp?: I deserve this warp because I am Trusted+ and have fulfilled the requirements for setting up a town warp. In addition I spent a lot of time setting up the town.

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: It is nearly ready. I have already developed public farms. I have also setup a townhall with the rules. Only a few minor asthetic improvements need to made and the town.
