Why do you deserve a warp?:  I have worked hard on this village and would like to share it with other players.  Some of the village's amenities are also helpful to new players, such as the free inn, crop fields, and animals.  I plan on continuing to add on to the village.
 
If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: The town currently has all of the essentials: a public farm and barn full of animals, an inn with free rooms, pre-made homes, and plots for people to build their own homes.  There is currently a nether portal as well.
