By the way, do not say people vouch for you if you haven't asked them. You never asked me, and I'm guessing you have not asked the other Jrmods or players you are saying you did.

Hello OvO,
A few things. First of all we would like for you to change your forums name because it is against the rules to have a name the implies a title of staff/ownership. Also I have talked to several of the JrMods and they have told me that the same thing 4emersons said above. So, because of rule breaking in your forums name and false vouches your member app has been REJECTED. Feel free to apply again with a more serious app.
