Server Chat Issues Empty Server Chat Issues

Server was having chat issues repeats/colours for a few minutes. Usually its just one message but it was doing it for everyone for like 5-10 min. Just letting staffies know in case its getting worse.

That has been happening for a few months now. I noticed it usually happens when someone has a bad connection. It pretty much fixes itself when that player with the bad connection logs off.
