Go to .minecraft\bin\minecraft.jar\title\splashes.txt
Then just delete them all and put one of your own.

I believe you need a Zip based programme as well to access the correct files.

just rightclick your minecraft.jar file and chose "Open With" and select winrar.
OR
Just drag and drop you minecraft.jar file onto the winrar icon.
