Response to Maps Empty Response to Maps

I noticed that in the announcement Ariley said that maps don't work. I created a map and it seems to work fine! I don't know why mine would be any different. Were the maps fixed? Or am I the only one with this luxury?

haven't tested them out yet, but i think if you were to give the map you made to another player it would mess up.

They work, with a few bugs, such as all the map numbers are the same, and all of the maps you craft are the same. You just have to be in the same area that you crafted it to explore more parts of it, since it only covers so much.

After placing my map in a chest and picking it back up, my map is a blank page (I tried right clicking as well).

Wierd.. that doesn't happen to me. I pick it up from my chest, wait a few seconds and it slowly reappears. Maybe you could right click a few times?
