Is this just a normal GH game or is it actually some sort of tournament? If this is going to be an actual tournament could you please explain how it will work?

I took huge gaps in activity the past year, so I haven't participated in or really seen GH since during the time when Cupcake used to run it. I'll try to be on to watch tomorrow *-* (with popcorn).
