Why do you deserve a warp?:
I have built a pretty big christmas tree that players will be allowed to make tiny(3x3, 3x4, or 4x4) present boxes from, made from wool or any other materials. These presents will be opened on or after christmas. The boxes can contain a chest for example, or anything really. 

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: It is not a town, but has plenty of room to add extra buildings. It's mainly a place for players to create small gifts for each other. More information can be found at warp location.
