Hello, I just looked at your town warp, 
I feel it could use some more work before becoming a full fledged town. Warping in it was hard to find the rules and confusing, I personally would like to see some plots or more buildings before accepting your application.

Add a bit more to it and post here when you are ready for staff to come look at it again.

It really could use some more development before acceptance. :) It doesn't really look like a town yet.
