Why do you deserve a warp?: I've never had a town before, Though i ensure that I will make sure i deserve this warp.

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: The skeleton for the town is coming along with Plots that are ready to be inhibited.

Approved warp set as /warp hydro

But just so you know not everyone has creative and most would need to have /god and potions to survive underwater. While it is a neat idea I don't see it being practical for most players. Good luck.
