Why do you deserve a warp?: I have worked hard building plots for a town.  This is my first attempt at a town so I want to try this to broaden my experience on Oasis.

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: The town has sidewalks and 15 plots ready to be built on as well as room for expansion. I have also already built a warp point building.
