Question about Plugins

Hey guys!
A buddy of mine has a server set up, but /nick and stuff doesn't work correctly, because we didn't quite have functional plugins. The /nick shows up like this:
~Colonel_MangoMan. I don't want that annoying squiggly, so couldI request the name of the rank and nickname plugins?

You can also type /plugins ingame for a list of all the ones we use
