So recently I have been having this issue, Its making everything in minecraft look overly pixelated and  have a red hue, Here is a screen shot.

Do you have the secert settings on this sometimes does different graphics like puts spots all over your screen so click the secert settings and see if anything happens if not I suggest reinstalling MC.Again if this does not work try contacting an MC adminastrator.

What the Panda said. Another thing may be 3-d anaglyph, turn that off.

I guess it was super secret settings, I restarted minecraft and it fixed itself.
