I have been trying to vote for Oasis all day on bit.ly/oasisv but it gave me a security error.
What is going on?

It means that the SSL certificate of the site has either been revoked or expired. The SSL-portocol offers a safe connection/traffic of data without some one stealing the data that has been sent between user and site/server.
